Crafted in Sakai, Osaka by a certified Traditional Craftsman, this honyaki is forged from a single piece of steel (monosteel), ensuring an even, consistent patina over time. Through the highly advanced technique of water quenching (*mizu-yakiire*), it is finished to exceptional hardness. The blade is polished in a radiant mirror-*kasumi* finish, and its hamon (temper line) forms a Mt. Fuji motif—an exceptionally rare piece.
